How do I Open a Practice Account with eToro?

First you need to download and install the eToro platform.

Please follow these simple steps to create your Practice eToro Account:

1. Once the installation has completed, the program should launch itself. If it has not, you will find an eToro icon on your computer desktop:

2. Once you launched eToro, a window will open and ask if you want to Trade for Real or Practice Trading, please click the Practice Trading button

3. Next you will be prompted to the Practice Registration screen. You'll need to choose a username and fill out a few personal details. Your information is strictly confidential and we do NOT share it with any third parties.

4. After filling the required information click the Submit button to complete your account registration. Once the details are processed you will be immediately logged into your practice account. Based on your indication of whether you have forex trading experience or not you will be directed to the Expert / Visual Mode accordingly. You will be able to switch modes at any time. Unlike real trading mode, you will not need to choose a password, or enter your username in order to log on to the system in the future. The system will recognize you automatically and perform login upon launching the platform, if you choose to trade in practice mode.

To start trading with real money you will need to open a real trading account.
