How to Withdraw from Your eToroUSA, Institutional Liquidity Account
How do I withdraw money?
eToroUSA & Institutional Liquidity provide you with easy and safe withdrawals.
In order to withdraw money from your account, all you have to do is complete these easy steps:
- Go to ‘Cashier’ section and click ‘Withdrawal’
- Enter the withdrawal amount
- Complete the withdrawal form
- Click ‘Submit’
You will be sent an e-mail notification when your withdrawal is done processing. If you want to review your withdrawal, go to the ‘Cashier’ section and click ‘History’. If your withdrawal is ‘pending’, you have the option to cancel it by going to the ‘Cashier’, click ‘History’ and then click ‘Reverse’ on the withdrawal that you wish to cancel.
Are there any withdrawal fees?
There is a fee of $25.00 for Wire Transfers imposed by the bank. Withdrawals by check are free as as is returning funds to your credit card.
How long does it take to process withdrawals?
Withdrawals can take up to 5 business days to clear. At times, there are delays that we cannot control due to 3rd party withdrawal procedures.
Why were 2 withdrawal transactions combined and where are they processed?
According to our policy, we can combine withdrawal transactions that have been made within 3 hours of each other and are using the same withdrawal method. We may also refund you through your original deposit method that you used to add money to your account. Withdrawals are handled in agreement with our policies and are generally sent with the original deposit method.
In the ‘Cashier’ section you will be asked to choose your favored withdrawal method. We may use a different method if we are for some reason prevented from sending your withdrawal through the original method. In order to serve you better, we ask that you provide another withdrawal method.
Your payment can be given to you in installments with the different or same deposit methods. Installments may show on your statement on various dates or times.
What are the available withdrawal methods and what do I do if I cannot see my funds?
Withdrawals can be credited to your credit card if the card is in our system. If the credit card is cancelled, please let us know and supply an alternative payment method. Please note, we will only return funds to a credit card within 90 days on the initial deposit. After that period we will return the funds through check or bank wire.
If you have not received your funds back to your card, please give us a bank statement within 15 business days of your request. We will give you a transaction number that will allow you to find your funds.
Withdrawals made through a bank will usually process within 4 to 7 business days. In order to withdraw using a wire transfer, please fill out the electronic withdrawal form and provide your bank details that include your full name, your bank’s name and address, your account number and your routing number.
Please note that there is $25 fee for wire withdrawals, which comes from the bank, not us.
If you do not receive your funds within 10 business days of your withdrawal, please send us your bank statement showing this 10 day period. We will then give you a record of the transaction that you can take to the bank and find your withdrawal.
Withdrawals may be requested as a check. Please allow 7 days for the check to reach you through regular USPS mail and a further 3 days for the check to clear after you deposit it at your banking institution.
