Overview- You will be supporting the UK Digital Marketing team in setting up paid media campaigns and collecting learnings and requirements for building test and optimization plans across digital touchpoints. You will be a primary analytical resource for creating, implementing and reporting those testing efforts. Working in tandem with our internal agency based in Israel, you will contribute to delivering our digital KPIs

Core Responsibilities

  • Daily set up and optimization of paid media campaigns
  • Create, set up, manage and deploy AB/MVT tests across several digital marketing campaigns and channels
  • Closely monitor campaign activities to identify actionable optimization opportunities including creative rotation, channel/partner selection and conversion performance
  • Analyze and interpret results of tests – identifying “winners and losers” and identify opportunities for follow-on tests
  • Report and draw insights using the relevant data tools (Doubleclick by Google)
  • Identify segments within the target audience and tailor relevant tests and actions for them to drive measurable insights and reach KPI’s
  • Liaise with other teams and stakeholders to identify high impact test opportunities
  • Partner with the Marketing team to roll out the winning tests into other channels
  • Stay apprised of best practices in testing and optimization as well as competitive landscape; utilize in your work and disseminating them across the organization

Want to Join? You'll need

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion optimization
  • Working knowledge of Google tools such as Doubleclick and Analytics preferred 
  • Highly organized and able to balance a multitude of ongoing projects and initiatives in a fast paced environment
  • Familiarity with BI platforms such as Tableau

  • Experience with online media deal relationships
  • Experience in the e-commerce space
