eToro is seeking to hire a Chinese account manager who will be responsible for Chinese clients and convert clients from a new leads to a new FTD with your excellent communication skills and customer service ability.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Complete contact with clients daily, introducing our platform and solving clients trading problems，ensuring excellent standard service。通过日常联系客户，介绍平台使用并解决客户操作疑问,为客户提供优质的服务。
- Establish good relationship and providing identified follow-up service. 与客户建立良好的关系，并定期回访客户；
- Skillfully probe for listen, understand clients needs to provide resources and solutions to improve users satisfaction。倾听客户需求，准确回答客户问题，增加客户满意度。
- Develop customer independently by participating events ,including off line Expo,online webinar according to company business needs .根据公司需要，通过线下展会，线上讲座独立开发客户.
- University /College degree in Economics, Finance or equivalent.本科及以上学历，经济，金融或相关专业.
- Work experience as a Account Manager ,relevant role or hold RG146 certificate will be preferable .客户经理或者相关角色工作经验，或持有RG 146 证书者优先；
- Interpersonal skills, Strong communication skills both in English and Chinese, excellent customer serving concept.具有良好的人际沟通能力，中英文商务沟通技巧，以及较强的客户服务意识.
- Understanding customer service principles and able to deliver excellent customer experience. 了解客户服务原则并有能力提供卓越客户体验。
- Good time-management and self-learning skills with a problem-solving attitude.良好的时间管理能力，自学能力，并具有积极解决问题的态度.
