Overview - You will be working with the local and remote teams to strengthen existing customer relationships and develop new business opportunities through corporates, IBs and partnerships. Furthermore you will oversee Team Lead and Platinum Account Managers and ensure Retention tasks are optimized

Core Responsibilities

  • Develop new channels such as events and seminars to attract new clients, partners (affiliates and IBs).
  • Build an effective IB funnel with the Account Managers generating more partners from customers.
  • Strengthen relations with existing customers through direct meetings, events and seminars. Optimize the advantage of being located in the region.
  • This position requires an understanding of both sales and accounts manager skills in order to retain clients.
  • Promote eToro’s financial products and services to corporate
  • Develop existing relationships with prospective and existing clients ensuring they receive the highest level of service
  • Discuss financial markets and factors, that move them, in a clear manner to clients
  • Work with Marketing and Sales Managers, leading a sales strategy for acquisition of new customers
  • Create relevant content for clients, including video, webinars, presentations, Club benefits to ensure customers are receiving relevant, effective content.
  • Manage the OTC and Corporate client channels
  • Work with marketing to launch etoro.co.uk
  • Foster new marketing partnerships with the support of the marketing team
  • Direct management of Team Leader and all Platinum Managers
  • Create a business development unit for corporate client funnel
