According to the company's business development needs, develop customer independently and plan  implementation of marketing activities

根据公司业务发展需要开发客户,具备独立策划实施营销活动的能力。

Skilfully probe for, listen, and understand client needs to provide resources and solutions to improve clients' satisfaction

与客户建立良好的关系,及时准确的解答客户相关咨询问题,增加客户的满意度。

requirements

University/College degree in Economics, Finance or equivalent.

本科及以上学历(特别优秀者可适当放宽),经济,金融或相关专业。

Over 3 years similar experience in a brokerage company ,Knowledge of the FX Market and the risks involved for clients.

有金融外汇行业服务3年以上工作经验者优先。

Has sales knowledge and skill.

具备一定营销知识及技巧。

Interpersonal skills, Strong communication skills both in English and Chinese, excellent customer serving concept.

具有良好的人际沟通能力,较强的中英文商务沟通技巧,及较强的客户服务意识。

Could work under pressure.

具有良好的抗压能力。

Passionate, hard worker.

工作有激情,且能吃苦耐劳。
