requirements
  • English at a high level (read, speech and written)
  • Additional languages an advantage - French / German
  • Great Service oriented - provide awesome customer service and “wow” experience to the company’s clients by phone, chat and e-mail.
  • Multitasking
  • Able to work with frequent change.
  • Good understanding of workflows, self learner.
