● Compliance – Quality control and proofreading of customer facing sales and marketing activities In English and Chinese.
● QC – Monitoring customer verifications and client communications for customer facing activities
● Risk – support global requirements for risk and AML
● Finance – Support all Global finance needs regarding MIMO and Operational costs.
● MIMO - Support and maintain daily customer payments, Daily CO, Matching and reconciliation.
● Support on settlement and daily deposit issue
● At least 1-2 year experience in Operation/QC/Accounting
● Native Chinese speaking reading writing.
● Very high level of written English (ability to proofread marketing material), good level of English speaking.
● A bachelor of business Management, Accounting or finance.
● Reliable, well-organized, multi-tasking, ability to work under tight deadlines.
● Familiar with all basic accounting functions.
● High Excel skills
