Verification and monitoring of Know Your Customer documentation

         核实确认各项‘了解你的客户’文档及合规要求。

Collaboration with other departments on verification and risk tasks

在验证客户身份和风控事项上与其他部门建立良好 的合作和交流互动。

Verification of accounts in accordance with internal policies and procedures

严格按照公司内部政策与流程进行客户身份验证与审核。

Assisting the risk department with review and monitoring of accounts

         协助风控部门对客户账号进行审核与监控。

Maintaining accurate records of tasks

         严格记录与维护各项任务。

requirements

Computer Proficient – A must.

         能够熟练使用计算机。

Basic knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office tools

         熟练使用Excel和其它办公软件。

Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese/English

         流利的中英文口语和书写能力。

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

         具有良好的人际沟通、协调能力。

Open mind and willingness to learn

对新的知识有强烈的求知欲,能较快的掌握新技能的能力。

Detail oriented and focused

         有关注细节的能力,具有敏锐的分析思维。

Capacity to perform monotonous tasks and work under pressure with strict deadlines

有处理重复性任务的能力,在严格的最后期限前具有一定的抗压能力。

Strong sense of professionalism and teamwork

Will be required to work shifts on holidays.
