-        Provide first step awesome customer service while providing “wow” experience to the company’s clients by chat, e-mail and phone.

-        Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction.

-        Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools.

-        Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution; Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.

处理客户投诉,提供解决方案,并确保问题得以解决。记录与客户的交流,处理客户账户,并存档。

-         Compliance task. verification, verify and define customer’s identification documents in Backoffice

合规工作:认证客户的注册资料。

-        Special task. Other client facing related task and supporting project.

其他客户服务相关任务和支持工作。

-        Business travels.

业务需要可有出差的安排。

requirements

-        Good level English (read, speech and written).

良好的英文能力。

-        Service oriented with great inter-personal skills, patient.

良好的人际交往能力,服务意识,有耐心。

-        Problem solving skills/analytical ability.

-        Must be a Team Player.

-        Ability to work under pressure and in a demanding environment. Multi task and agile
