What you'll be doing:

  • Help to review select and set CRM software that meet's our current and ongoing needs
  • Forming and managing CRM strategies as well as periodic marketing calendars to support eToroX business goals 
  • Manage the delivery of eToroX communication efforts across multiple channels (emails push etc...) 
  • Drive higher LTV and lower churn
  • Build user journey to support customer engagement with the product 
  • Set up triggers to complete product experience (verification funnel, deposit alters etc..)

Want to join? Ifd you have:

  • Knowledge of overall CRM systems channels platforms and process  
  • Proven experience in CRM lifestyle mapping strategy and segmentation 
  • Technical expertise with CRM systems 
  • At least 2 years experience as a CRM TL
