How do I add funds to my virtual account?

If you wish to add funds to your virtual platform, open a ticket with our Customer Service team and specify in your message how much you would like to have added.

The maximum amount we can add to your virtual balance is US $100,000.

We can also remove virtual funds from your account down to a minimum of US $2,000.

We cannot completely reset your virtual account (such as your trading history and stats). You may, however, open a new eToro account, using a different email address and username, to have a new virtual portfolio with US $100,000 and no trading history or stats.
