I don't recognise a transaction on my eToro Money account. How do I report it?

If there is a transaction on your eToro Money account that you do not recognise, please contact us immediately.

Within the eToro Money app, tap your avatar at the top left of the screen. Select Customer Service, choose Cash Account, and then select either Help Center to open a ticket under Unrecognised Transaction or Live Chat. You will be asked to complete a Chargeback form, with the details of the transaction in question.
