My card didn't work when I tried to make a payment via eToro Money. What happened?

Your card may not have worked for a number of reasons; for example, you may have triggered our contactless security feature, not enough money in your account to complete the transaction, had your card blocked due to a security process, experienced a network error, or there may be another reason. If the contactless feature did not work, please try using the chip and pin function for your next transaction. Our cards have a security feature where you need to use chip and pin after 10 consecutive contactless transactions.
