My eToro Money card didn't work in an ATM. What happened?

Your card may not have worked for a number of reasons; for example, you may have not enough money in your account to complete the transaction, had your card blocked due to a security process, experienced a network error, or there may be another reason. Within the eToro Money app, tap your avatar at the top left of the screen. Select Customer Service, choose Cash Account, and then select Live Chat.
