Who do I contact if I have any questions about eToro Money?
If you have an eToro Money account, you can use the chat function to speak with our Customer Service team (Monday-Friday 10:00-18:00 during operating hours).

If you haven't yet signed up for eToro Money, your eToro Club account manager will be happy to answer any questions.
To access the chat:
- Go to the eToro Money app
- Tap your avatar at the top left of the screen.
- Select Customer Service.
- Choose Cash Account.
- Select Live Chat.
