- An extension to this deadline can be requested.
- All forms should be filed electronically.
- If the taxpayer was not living in the Netherlands during the entire tax year, a later deadline (until July) is possible.

Taxable Basis
- Savings and investment: The taxable basis is a fictitious profit which is estimated based on the total value of all assets held in the deposit on 01.01 of the financial year.
- Wealth: Wealth taxation was officially abolished in the Netherlands in 2001. However, the taxable income from savings and investment is taxed like a wealth tax.

- P form: For private individuals living in the Netherlands
- C form: For non-resident taxpayers/living outside of the Netherlands
- T form: For tax refund purposes
- M form: For the year of migration to the Netherlands
