Key Responsibilities: 关键职责

  • Perform day-to-day management and execution of paid search and native ads campaigns (ex. Baidu, 360, feed ads etc.) with focus on driving business growth
  • 负责日常的付费搜索推广及原生广告(百度、360的搜索推广、信息流等)的管理与执行,推动业务增长
  • Execute tests, collect and analyse data, identify trends and insights in order to achieve maximum ROI in paid search and social campaigns
  • 负责测试、收集并分析数据,认清趋势并提出见解,实现搜索和社交付费广告的最大投资回报率
  • Create new search and social campaigns while focusing on creative testing, landing page testing, and bidding strategy
  • 创建新的搜索及信息流广告,并注重广告素材测试,着陆页测试和出价策略调整
  • Work with team to brainstorm creative direction and messaging relevant to target audience
  • 团队合作,讨论与目标受众相关的创意方向和信息
  • Research and analyse competitor advertising links and find opportunities to test new marketing channels

Qualifications任职资格

  • Proven SEM experience and success managing PPC and paid social campaigns across Baidu and Native

  • In-depth experience with bid management tools and experience with website analytics tools

  • Strong analytical skills and experience generating SEM reports and familiarity with A/B and multivariate experiments
