The $NSDQ100 dropped around 2% as investors took profits on high-flyers like $PLTR (Palantir Technologies Inc.) and $NVDA (NVIDIA Corporation) . Despite solid earnings, sentiment is cooling, even “Big Short” investor Michael Burry is reportedly betting against some AI names, adding to the caution in the sector. But he's not always right.😉 The crypto market also weakened: $BTC briefly dipped below the key 100,000 USD level before buyers stepped back in. $ETH followed, sliding to around 3,300 USD. However, if 𝗕𝗶𝘁𝗰𝗼𝗶𝗻 𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝘁𝗼 𝗳𝗮𝗹𝗹 𝘀𝘂𝘀𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗯𝗹𝘆 𝗯𝗲𝗹𝗼𝘄 𝟭𝟬𝟬,𝟬𝟬𝟬, it could mark the beginning of a very tough phase for crypto, potentially triggering a 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗯𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁. That’s why it’s crucial to have a clear, disciplined approach, as outlined in the crypto section below. 💬 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝘄𝗲 𝗱𝗼𝗶𝗻𝗴? On days like this, 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘆𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗴𝗲𝘁𝘀 𝘀𝗼𝗹𝗱 𝗼𝗳𝗳 𝗮𝗰𝗿𝗼𝘀𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗯𝗼𝗮𝗿𝗱, regardless of fundamentals or quality. In such phases, it rarely pays to react emotionally. 𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝘄𝗵𝘆 𝗜 𝗱𝗶𝗱𝗻’𝘁 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗲 𝘆𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗱𝗮𝘆, and at the moment there’s no clear reason to jump back in. If the pressure continues, I expect $RHM.DE (Rheinmetall AG) to remain relatively stable, while $MELI (MercadoLibre Inc) showed solid strength despite the broad sell-off. In our core portfolio, growth stocks naturally take a harder hit on volatile days,but they also bounce back stronger once the sentiment turns. That’s just part of the game. ₿ 𝗖𝗿𝘆𝗽𝘁𝗼 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝘆 – 𝗦𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗲, 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁 & 𝗟𝗼𝗻𝗴-𝗧𝗲𝗿𝗺 When it comes to crypto, I stick to a clear principle: ➡️ 𝟭𝟬% 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗹𝗶𝗼 is allocated to crypto assets long-term. ➡️ Positions are reviewed at the start and end of each year, profits are taken, or losses are topped up. Timing the market is hard enough with stocks for crypto, I find it nearly impossible. This disciplined approach keeps risk manageable while still letting us benefit from potential strong upside moves. Those with a 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵𝗲𝗿 𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗸 𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗲 can of course hold larger crypto positions, trade actively, or follow Popular Investors with a heavier focus on crypto. But here you have to be aware that the volatility is huge and you have to expect years in which you will 𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲 𝟯𝟬% 𝗼𝗿 𝗳𝗮𝗿 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲. 📈 𝗦𝘂𝗺𝗺𝗮𝗿𝘆 – 𝗙𝗮𝗰𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗩𝗼𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗮 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝗻 ➡️ AI stocks cooling off after a big run — profit-taking dominates. ➡️ Bitcoin tested the 100 K level but held up. ➡️ Stay calm, stick to the plan — volatility is part of the process. 🙏 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗧𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 – 𝗟𝗼𝗻𝗴-𝗧𝗲𝗿𝗺 𝗙𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀 & 𝗚𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲 I know these phases can be difficult. There will always be individual investors who, over one month or even a few months, show better short-term performance than I do. But that’s the same story in stock selection there are always short-term winners, and no one can consistently pick all of them. I certainly can’t, and I think being honest about that matters. I truly appreciate your trust. My goal is to continue providing 𝗻𝗲𝗮𝗿-𝗱𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗺𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁 𝗶𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗻𝘀𝗽𝗮𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝘆 to create a sense of stability even in volatile markets.
