We are constantly growing and are excited to share that we are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our team! We’re seeking a proactive, highly motivated and skilled relationship manager with experience in business development. This position has elements of sales, marketing and retention. 

You will utilize your network to source potential clients, then monitor customer’s trading accounts and retain their business, with the aim of building long term partnerships with clients as we support their trading and investment needs through our platform and multi-asset offering.

What will you be doing?

  • Utilizing your existing network to introduce new customers to eToro
  • Actively increase our client base by providing support, information, guidance, and market information
  • Research and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, actively participate in developing and implementing growth strategies and plans to expand our reach
  • Establish and nurture relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations and proposals to potential partners, clients.
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to refine strategies and improve results.
  • Customer focused and willing to engage with customers to learn what they are looking for and understand the level of service and quality expected
  • Build and manage relationships with local and international teams (client facing, marketing, middle and back office) to ensure success of projects and strategies
  • Continually take opportunities to increase client satisfaction and strengthen relationships
  • Servicing of client accounts which include:
  1. To share financial markets and/or products information/commentary to clients
  2. To share marketing promotions to clients
  3.  To guide clients on the usage of eToro Platform
  4. To interact with clients to increase client’s satisfaction and strengthen relationships. 
  5.  To assist clients with their questions on their accounts
  6. To assist Compliance with the processing of client’s due diligence and transaction monitoring to comply with the respective jurisdictions requirements and ethical standards of the Company. 
  7. To work with internal teams (e.g. Compliance, AML, Back Office, CS) to facilitate respective process flows / business projects towards success. 
  8. To represent the company at events with prospects and clients

  • Planning and project management skills – you will need to manage time and information effectively and efficiently.
  • Proficient in negotiating terms and closing deals.

  • Skilled in building and maintaining strong professional relationships.
  • Strong interest, knowledge and passion for global financial markets
  • Ability to adapt strategies based on changing market conditions.
  • Good MS office skills
  • Familiarity of CRM software, Salesforce preferred
  • Previous sales, tele-marketing or service oriented experience is a plus

Qualifications:

  • Degree educated, with in Economics / Finance / Business Administration preferred
  • Financial/Industry qualifications is a plus
