Its offerings include business applications like ERP, HCM, and NetSuite, as well as infrastructure, hardware, and consulting services. The tradeoff is that these deals have required enormous infrastructure investment, putting pressure on both debt levels and free cash flow. While the stock has been hit by a steep drawdown, the combination of rising earnings expectations and a lower share price has made the valuation more attractive. At the same time, heavy AI-related spending could pressure free cash flow, raise balance-sheet risk, and reduce returns, especially if demand softens or projects take longer to monetize. Of course, market-wide declines \u2014 like the recent software selloff \u2014 could also hinder ORCL stock.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<h4><b>The Bottom Line<\/b><\/h4>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Oracle offers a compelling mix of AI-driven growth, improving earnings expectations, and a more reasonable valuation after a steep pullback, which helps support the long-term bull case.
