What Is Gecina?
Gecina was founded in January 1959 and changed its name in 1998. This real estate company is focused on property located in Europe and has the largest private residential portfolio in Paris.

Around 97% of Gecina’s property is situated in the Île-de-France area and following the acquisition of Eurosic in 2017, the company became the fourth- largest real estate company in Europe, serving approximately 100,000 clients.

Gecina owns leading office premises in Europe, a Parisian residential private park, student residences, and more. At the end of June 2019, the company’s property wealth amounted to €19.9 billion. The company also created its own relational brand, YouFirst, which offers customers human assistance and high quality, personal services.

Gecina is listed on the Euronext Paris and is included in the SBF 120, CAC Next 20, CAC Large 60, Euronext 100, FTSE4Good, DJSI Europe and World, Stoxx Global ESG Leaders and Vigeo indices.
