Key Responsibilities 关键职责 :

●     Initial due diligence on clients’ accounts

         开展客户尽职调查,完成客户身份识别核查。

●     Verification and monitoring of Know Your Customer documentation

         核实确认各项‘了解你的客户’文档及合规要求。

●     Collaboration with other departments on verification and risk tasks

        在验证客户身份和风控事项上与其他部门建立良好 的合作和交流互动。

●     Verification of accounts in accordance with internal policies and procedures

        严格按照公司内部政策与流程进行客户身份验证与审核。

●     Assisting the risk department with review and monitoring of accounts

         协助风控部门对客户账号进行审核与监控。

●     Maintaining accurate records of tasks

         严格记录与维护各项任务。

●     Translation of documents from Thai to English

文件翻译工作,将泰文翻译成英文。



requirements

Qualifications 任职资格:

●     Fluent in both written and spoken Thai/Chinese/English

         流利的泰中英文口语和书写能力。

●     Computer Proficient – A must.

         能够熟练使用计算机。

●     Basic knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office tools

         熟练使用Excel和其它办公软件。

●     Excellent written and verbal communication skills

         具有良好的人际沟通、协调能力。

●     Open mind and willingness to learn

         对新的知识有强烈的求知欲,能较快的掌握新技能的能力。

●     Detail oriented and focused

         有关注细节的能力,具有敏锐的分析思维。

●     Capacity to perform monotonous tasks and work under pressure with strict deadlines

         有处理重复性任务的能力,在严格的最后期限前具有一定的抗压能力。

●     Strong sense of professionalism and teamwork

         具备良好的职业素养和团队合作精神。

●     Will be required to work shifts on holidays.

         在节假日期间可能会被安排值班。
