You buy a position, sell it down, wait a few minutes, buy it higher, and then sell it down again. You're not experienced enough for scalping (so you absolutely shouldn't even be trying volatile markets like <a href="/markets/bynd" class="e-link">$BYND (Beyond Meat Inc.)</a> <a href="/markets/work" class="e-link">$WORK (Slack Technologies Inc)</a> and <a href="/markets/btc" class="e-link">$BTC</a> ). Just try and find some long term holds first of all. Also with the speed you seem to sell once it starts dropping, do your research before the day starts, make your orders, then just walk away and let it be. You always start every position down due to spread.
