there will be time when this stock will go up, but whenver we have new low first no one knows, however if we brake down here, $ARR (ARMOUR Residential REIT Inc) will possibly see bigger decline. If so, if i was buying it, 10 mark would be my lever

I do have to say i got puzzled feelings about the markets , $NSDQ100 looks 50/50 , if we brake to new highs, im bullish, if we brake yesterday's low , this would be quite bearish ( longer term i mean) Next year im sure we will see past 33k on NSDQ100 ( until something crazy happens) However...
