@YunRueiTsai 2026 YTD Return: +39.63% Return 2Y :203.16% This week’s key observation: AI hardware is pulling back, while software and cybersecurity are starting to show volume. The clearest signal this week: SOXX / SMH started to correct. High-beta semiconductor themes cooled down. But money did not fully leave technology. I noticed $GOOG (Alphabet), $CRWD (Crowdstrike Holdings) $AMZN (Amazon.com Inc) and software names starting to show stronger volume. This means the market may be testing one question: Will money rotate back into the Mag 7, software, and cybersecurity in the second half of the year? the market rhythm is changing. The previous leaders were: Memory Semiconductor equipment AI networking Power / cooling Passive components But this week reminded us: Even the strongest theme needs to rest. Even the best stocks cannot go up forever. Even a strong thesis still needs risk management. That is why I have already adjusted my portfolio. Not because I no longer believe in AI hardware. But when SOXX starts pulling back and money starts rotating into software and cybersecurity, I cannot ignore that signal. A pullback is not scary. The scariest thing is: Knowing your portfolio has a problem, but refusing to stop loss, reduce exposure, or make adjustments. Investing is not about being right every time. It is about being able to correct quickly when the market gives you new information. For followers and copiers: During an uptrend, portfolio adjustments create friction costs. That is normal. Sometimes I reduce overheated positions. Sometimes I move capital into more stable themes. Sometimes I lower leverage to keep the portfolio risk score healthier. These actions are not about chasing short-term moves. They are about making the portfolio better step by step. My goal has not changed: Stay exposed to long-term AI infrastructure growth, manage risk with more discipline, and keep working toward this year’s target. Will the market rotate back into the Mag 7, or will AI hardware stocks continue to lead? What do you think? $MU (Micron Technology, Inc.) $SOXL (Direxion Daily Semiconductor Bull 3X ETF) $SOXX (iShares Semiconductor ETF ) $SMH (VanEck Vectors Semiconductor ETF) $FSLY (Fastly Inc) $NET (Cloudflare) $NSDQ100 $SPX500 $IGV (Ishares Expanded Tech-Softwa)
