Hi everyone! 😊 I hope you are all having a nice week so far πŸ‘ After $MCO (Moody's Corp.) downgraded US credit last Friday for the first time in over a hundred years, markets have stayed surprisingly calm, with volatility remaining as muted as it has been for a couple weeks now. Since the mid-April lows, the S&P 500 has seen a remarkable climb, in what is turning out to be a full V-shaped recovery, wiping out much of the earlier pullback. Treasuries have seen a little bit more action, but to be quite honest I expected a much sharper rise in yields following the news. We’ve held an on/off short position on the $SPX500 for just over a week now. We have been overbought at these levels for some time and a pullback, albeit small, was bound to unfold at some point. From the looks of it we're getting some movement today. As always, keep disciplined and manage risk wisely. I continue to watch market signals closely and will keep you posted on any big position changes. Trade safe, and have a nice evening! πŸ™‚ $NSDQ100 $DJ30 $BIL (SPDR Bloomberg 1-3 Month T-Bill ETF)
