📣 Announcement regarding corporate actions on $DISCA and $T (AT&T Inc): Delisting and Spin-Off
Today, on April 11th, 2022, there were 2 corporate actions involving 2 of the stocks on our platform: $DISCA, and $T
⚠ Please be aware that due to an issue on our side, the handling of this event is being delayed by one day. That means the corporate actions will be handled on eToro tomorrow, Tuesday, April 12th, 2022.

Following the purchase of Magallanes, wholly-owned subsidiary of $T, by $DISCA , $DISCA will be delisted from the exchange and a new stock, Warner Bros Discovery Inc, will be listed instead.
In line with these actions, we have 4 scenarios for holders of the aforementioned assets, explained below. (🚨 Please read very carefully to see how your specific holdings may be affected):
1️⃣ Real holders of $DISCA: Discovery positions will be closed and holders will receive an airdrop of the new stock, Warner Bros Discovery Inc.
2️⃣ Real holders of $T: Holders will receive an airdrop of the new stock Warner Bros Discovery Inc.
3️⃣ CFD holders of $DISCA: Discovery positions will be closed and holders will receive the cash equivalent of the value of the Warner Bros Discovery Inc stocks
4️⃣ CFD holders of $T: Holders will receive the cash equivalent of the value of the Warner Bros Discovery Inc stocks
