August... like never happened Hello dear investors and welcome to another short update on the portfolio. August is almost done. The account is closing pretty much at 0% change this month. On a YTD basis it stands at 21.5% while for the same period the S&P has gained 10% This month was a weird month. Not the first time something like that happens during 2025 but indeed was pretty weird. It started very promising and it got even better after the results from Palantir. As a result Palantir got a nice rally climbing to ATH level and reaching almost 190$ per share. Although in the short term that helped the account i started getting skeptical over the valuation. So i had to close some positions and lock some profits. So i closed 10 positions on Palantir all with profits and 2 of them with great gains of 1750% and 1916% Now the stock is at -17.5% from the ATH and i am looking forward to get it once i see the proce stabilize a little bit. The 2 main drag forces other than the sell-off from Palantir for August was Bitcoin and Micostrategy with -5% and -15%. Bitcoin had a nice run but unfortunately over the last 2 weeks turned negative. Some thing that this cycle on crypto is over but frankly i don't believe that. Hiw can it be with Solana running almost 20% for the month and Ethereum 21%. I see that as a usual drawdown and so i opened some new positions for the last months of 2025. I believe we are getting close though to a cycle top... Finally nice to see some positive change on the Sol/Btc pair which is at +25% over the last month and seems to have some kind of break out. We are now at 5.7% in cash and will open more new positions soon. September is usually a nothing burget month but who knows we might be up for a surprise... Thanks for coming by!!
