Visa Inc. Q3 FY2026 Earnings Deep Dive: Unstoppable Compounding and Value-Added Growth Visa Inc. delivered another masterclass in financial execution for its third fiscal quarter of 2026. Despite ongoing macroeconomic uncertainty and shifting consumer sentiment, the global payments giant generated $11.63 billion in net revenue, representing a 14% year-over-year increase (+13% on a constant-dollar basis). Performance across core business drivers remained exceptionally balanced, with global payment volumes up 10%, processed transactions reaching 71.7 billion (+10%), and total cross-border volume surging 13%. Adjusted (Non-GAAP) diluted earnings per share reached $3.32, marking an 11% year-over-year growth. Combined with a staggering $6.14 billion in quarterly Free Cash Flow and $6.2 billion returned to shareholders via share repurchases and dividends, Visa continues to prove why it remains one of the highest-quality compounders in global financial markets. For me, it remains a good investment in my portfolio, with no changes.
