𝐖𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐰𝐞 𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐡 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐑𝐢𝐩𝐩𝐥𝐞 𝐯𝐬. 𝐒𝐄𝐂 𝐂𝐚𝐬𝐞? Hi All, a quick summary regarding development and my thoughts below: 🔹 The closely watched legal battle between Ripple and the U.S. SEC is once again rumoured to be nearing an end. Speculation about a potential settlement is high and I believe this is the most realistic outcome. 🔹 Recently, the U.S. SEC announced that a private meeting will be held on July 18th which has further fuelled these rumours. 🔹 Initially, the SEC demanded a penalty of $2 billion from Ripple, accusing the company of conducting an unregistered securities offering. This substantial demand has now been significantly reduced to just $102.6 million - a sum I consider relatively insignificant. This dramatic reduction in the penalty may also suggest that both parties might be moving towards a more amicable resolution. 🔹 Throughout this extensively long legal battle, $XRP fan boys and girls have remained optimistic and the support from the community has been overwhelming. This in itself has likely placed much pressure on the SEC. 🔹 As a result of recent developments, I anticipate that a settlement is very likely. Although this may not be as preferable as a complete victory for Ripple, it would still be a highly favourable outcome for Ripple and the $XRP community. Not to mention also the much anticipated $XRP spot ETF will provide much needed legitimacy and stability. This sleeping giant could wake any moment with some analysts forecasting $XRP to reach as high as $5 during this upcoming bull run. I personally believe the token could surpass this forecasted price by 2025. Watch this space for more updates! Have a great week ahead everyone! 👩🏻‍🏫☕️ $BTC $ETH $XRP $SOL $FET (The above is my opinion and not financial advice)
