Its basically currency exchange rates. The value of Swiss Francs v USD from the time you invested to its current rate.

I'm in the same situation, contacted support, and what they are are saying is that the profits/losses are affected by FX rates, which for me is a nonsense.
We did not buy CHF, we bought an asset.
