📱 TikTok’s US Arm Set for $35–40B Deal
🔹 TikTok’s US operations are slated to be acquired by a consortium including Oracle, Silver Lake, and Andreessen Horowitz, under a framework agreement being discussed by President Trump and China’s Xi Jinping.
🔹 The deal would reduce ByteDance’s stake to below 20%, while $ORCL (Oracle Corporation) continues providing cloud services for the app.
🔹 The US version of TikTok would be valued at $35–40 billion, with ByteDance licensing the app’s technology to the new entity.
