Good morning investors, Today's matter of discussion: $BABA (Alibaba-ADR) stock has dropped despite decent earnings. But why? The main issues were Alibaba Cloud's uncertain future and the sudden cancellation of its spin-off. Also, co-founder Jack Ma reducing his stake in the company didn't help. However $BABA's overall revenue is up by 14% and 9% in its first two quarters of the fiscal year 2024, especially in logistics and overseas e-commerce. It's a bit confusing. Good earnings, yet the stock is down.
