July Performance Update July was an outstanding month for my strategy, closing up +6.53% and pushing my Year-to-Date performance to +12.73%. Here’s a look at my recent moves and where I’m heading: Setting Stronger Foundations: Rather than sitting on the fence, I chose to speed up my portfolio consolidation by fully exiting Netflix $NFLX (Netflix, Inc.) . Taking a loss (averaging ~-24%) was a deliberate decision to free up capital and immediately reallocate it into higher-conviction compounders with virtually untouchable competitive moats. Strategic Allocations: That capital allowed me to build a substantial position in McDonald's $MCD (McDonald's) at a great entry price. On top of that, I used my regular PAC inflows to double down on Microsoft $MSFT (Microsoft)—a move that paid off instantly following their stellar earnings report over the last few days. Zero Leverage & Lower Risk: Rebalancing away from Netflix and into defensive powerhouses like $MCD brought my average Risk Score back down to 3. As a reminder, I operate with zero leverage, keeping my core resilient against short-term market turbulence. Looking Ahead: My average holding time currently stands at 10.5 months, and my goal from here is to let that metric grow exponentially as the portfolio matures. I have no plans to close any of my current 12 positions. Moving forward, I will keep accumulating them through my monthly PAC while selectively scouting new market-dominant monopolies with industry-leading margins. Stay tuned. $MSFT $MCD $AMZN (Amazon.com Inc) $NOVO-B.CO (Novo Nordisk B A/S) $NESN.ZU (Nestle SA) $ALV.DE (Allianz SE) $MA (Mastercard) $NVDA (NVIDIA Corporation) $JNJ (Johnson & Johnson)
