Sometimes during hypes I randomly add companies to my alert list with target prices for a 99% drop, and from time to time one hits. At its peak $TDOC (Teladoc Health Inc) hit $42B in marketcap , lots of hype at the time , now it finally hit my price target and its under $1B , it seems no one cares about it anymore as there are very few posts and most of them are just random people tagging it. Its revenue is grew since then but recently stabilized and it even has positive operating cash flow in recent quarters, but with investing and financing activities and amortization of intangibles from past acquisitions its earnings are negative. Its PB and PS are below 1 now. Its cheap enough to be an acquisition target . The most recent price drop is attributed to Medicare policy concerns.... though Medicare is only a portion of revenue (mostly commercial/employer plans), the policy shift adds near-term pressure to the stock price. Any thoughts? $VHT (Vanguard Health Care ETF) $IWN (iShares Russell 2000 Value ETF)
