A good week all round with our REIT'S doing particularly well with $EPR (EPR Properties) up some 6.5% since we added it and $VICI (VICI Properties Inc) up 4.85% and one of our ETF'S $VNQ adding 1.5% this week. Today we gained 1.25% which will improve our already good year up some 10% plus on performance. As a reminder we have dividends due from $LTC.US (LTC Properties Inc.) from the 30th of August followed by the start of a very busy September with regards dividends, with $PFF and $HYG dividends due from the 3rd of September. I will as always keep you posted on dividend payment dates and also once any dividends arrive in our accounts. Thank you.
