Its been a while since i made an update, this is not because ive forgotten about this account or anything but more so that ive been slowly building as usual. I keep doing our monthly dca moments. Ive been buying up dips and movements seem a little slower this. is also why our net gain is a little lower then last year at this point.
However currently my 2 year total ROI is around 45% not counting the dividend returns. So this is still well within my parameters.
Tariffs and the trade war have caused some uncertainty all around and i will be watching closely for good buying opportunities which is why i have more cash then usual on the sidelines but i expect this to pay off on the longer run. And the added bonus is that unused cash also has a positive ROI of around 4% on Etoro, so even with a cash balance there is still a good return.
My aim as always remains to keep building up our portfolio and to keep our dividend returns around that 7% while also maintaining a positive growth overall.
