oggi, ci sono stati nuovi aggiornamenti sui take profit.
Abbiamo chiuso le seguenti posizioni che hanno raggiunto il take profit impostato facendoci guadagnare in totale un:
$MTDR (Matador Resources Co) +53,2%
$CHRD ( Chord Energy Corporation) +52,4%

1. Dopo attenta ricerca, acquisto solo azioni ed ETF con dividendi possibilmente elevati, con ampio margine di crescita, ed aventi una struttura economica solida
2. non opero in short, pertanto se volete copiarmi sappiate che i risultati si avranno su un'orizzonte temporale medio/lungo. astenersi chi vuole guadagnare tutto e subito
3. quando l'azione raggiunge il take profit obiettivo (normalmente il valore medio degli analisti valutato su più siti di trading ed informazione), essa viene venduta ed il ricavato reinvestito mensilmente
4. se non si raggiunge il target prefissato, in ogni caso viene assicurato un rendimento annuo dal dividendo dell'azione, e non si ha capitale bloccato per nulla
5. se un'azione scende al di sotto di un 5/6% di valore rispetto a quello di acquisto, agisco mediando sulla base delle possibilità di crescita dell'azione in quel dato momento storico (azione fatta mensilmente)
6. se un'azione smette di pagare dividendi, verrà sostituita non appena possibile, con una che dia migliori garanzie
7. cerco di diversificare sia su molti titoli che su molti settori, che su molti mercati
8. NON lavoro con leva
9. Circa a metà mese, a seconda delle disponibilità finanziarie, sono solito introdurre nuova liquidità sul conto, al fine di acquistare nuove azioni interessanti
10. giornalmente verifico ed aggiusto i take profit obiettivo di ogni stocks sulla base dei cambiamenti degli analisti
se volete copiarmi ricordate di attivare la copiatura delle posizioni attive, e di usare un budget minimo di almeno 1500$. Inoltre nei limite delle vostre possibilità, cercate di fare delle aggiunte periodiche (meglio se mensili) così da aumentare man mano i Vostri guadagni e mantenere la copia allineata.
