Hello everyone! I am very happy that our community is growing day by day and thank you for that!❤️ It's finally time to start investing again. In the last few months we stopped investing because of the situation we have been going through. I hope you have managed to take the steps to synchronize our portfolios. :) First of all I want to remind you that I am investing the money till the 10th of the month. However, I don't need to add any more money because I will only use the funds I already have in cash, so the only operation I will do is to invest. :) This month I thought to consolidate the positions of the following portfolio companies: $JNJ (Johnson & Johnson) $SBUX (Starbucks Corporation) $CNI (Canadian National Railway Co) $IVV (iShares Core S&P 500 ETF) $UNP (Union Pacific Corp) $BAC (Bank of America Corp) . As I said they are stable and profitable in the long term. I will consolidate the portfolio with 2 more stocks: $SCHD (Schwab US Dividend Equity ETF) and $O (Realty Income Corp) . They mainly aim to diversify and create constant income certainty through 2025 and beyond. Realty Income (O) is a long-established company in the market and aims to invest in diversified commercial real estate, owning properties throughout the US states, as well as in parts of Europe. They have a mission to provide shareholders with monthly dividends, which have been steadily increasing from 1994 to today. Schwab U.S. Dividend Equity (SCHD) is a fund that aims to have the same profitability as the Dow Jones U.S. Dividend 100. Specifically, it does this by buying large shares in companies that are part of this index and that pay steady dividends. Thank you to all copiers and followers!❤️ Disclaimer: This is information - not financial advice or recommendation.
