🌟 Excellent month for the Portfolio! ✅ +𝟰.𝟱% in August ✅ +𝟮𝟱% in 2025 Most stocks in the portfolio delivered solid performance. $SIG (Signet Jewelers LTD) stood out with around +0.6% impact on the total portfolio. Clearly, jewelery stands to benefit from lower interest rates, and, believe it or not: from Taylor Swift getting engaged (stock jumped +6% the day after that announcement). $VOD (Vodafone Group plc-ADR) also made a strong contribution with a +0.5% performance impact on the portfolio. The stock has been on a good run this year, which continued in August. It seems that reducing the share count by around 11% over the past 1.5 years is helping the company get closer to fair value. 🌎 The portfolio managed to perform significantly better than the US-market ( $SPX500 +1.9%) and the European market ( $EUSTX50 +0.7%). 👉 8 months into the year, this puts the portfolio WELL ahead of the indices, with +25.1% vs 9.8% and 8.4% respectively.
