Weekly Portfolio Update Last week, the portfolio gained 6.36%, bringing monthly performance to 10.60% and year-to-date performance to -5.96%. Early in the week, I opened several positions ( $DTE.DE (Deutsche Telekom AG) $ISP.MI (Intesa Sanpaolo Group) $UCG.MI (UniCredit Commercial Bank) ) and closed our positions in $AMD (Advanced Micro Devices Inc), currently holding a small cash buffer. For comparison, $SPX500 rose 4.54% over the same period and is now up 4.10% year-to-date. While the recent rally is encouraging, it’s still too early to turn overly optimistic. Markets are likely to remain volatile as long as tensions in the Middle East persist.
