Initially, the certainty of a winner spurred gains in tech and defense sectors, while the green economy faced setbacks. However, most of these sharp movements corrected themselves as the month progressed. Non-U.S. stocks are moving with caution as markets await clarity on the tariff policies President-elect Trump might adopt once in office. While such policies could eventually harm the U.S. economy the most, in the short term, they might trigger a period of market adjustment and underperformance globally. From a purely financial perspective, selling $TSLA (Tesla Motors, Inc.) before the election might appear to have been a mistake. However, I stand by the reasoning behind the decision. Iโ€™ve retained $SPCE (Virgin Galactic Holdings Inc) , which is now worth only a tenth of its original value. I donโ€™t mind keeping it in the speculative corner of my portfolio for a few years while awaiting a potential recovery. On the other hand, Tesla is a market giant, and my previous position was significant. I still maintain indirect exposure through holdings in $VOO (Vanguard S&P 500 ETF) and $SPY (State Street SPDR S&P 500 ETF) The cryptocurrency market entered a bull run this month. Key factors include the natural Bitcoin cycle, global geopolitical uncertainty stemming from Trumpโ€™s influence, and the resolution of the years-long legal battle between Ripple and the SEC, which gave the sector a significant boost. The ever-present Fear of Missing Out (FOMO) also continues to drive demand. ๐™๐™š๐™˜๐™š๐™ฃ๐™ฉ ๐˜ผ๐™™๐™Ÿ๐™ช๐™จ๐™ฉ๐™ข๐™š๐™ฃ๐™ฉ๐™จ We secured profits this month by liquidating positions in Salesforce, Seagate, and Magnite. I donโ€™t anticipate re-entering any of these positions in the foreseeable future. With the S&P 500 ($SPX500 ) now heavily concentratedโ€”30% of its value comes from just seven stocksโ€”analysts predict slower market growth, with estimates dropping from the historic average of 8% to below 5%. In light of this, I plan to allocate some liquidity towards high-yield dividend stocks for greater stability and income. ๐™Ž๐™ฉ๐™ง๐™–๐™ฉ๐™š๐™œ๐™ž๐™˜ ๐™Š๐™ช๐™ฉ๐™ก๐™ค๐™ค๐™  Iโ€™m also reviewing underperforming assets to identify candidates for consolidation, focusing on those I believe have strong growth potential in the coming months. After two consecutive years of returns exceeding 50%, my strategy now includes building a portfolio better equipped to weather the next market correction. In the near term, Iโ€™ll seek ideal exit points for $DASH , $LTC , $DOT , and $MANA . Iโ€™ll take more time to evaluate $SOL , $XLM , $ADA , and $TRX before making any decisions about their future in my portfolio. $BTC $NVDA (NVIDIA Corporation) $NLY (Annaly Capital Management Inc) $STLA.US (Stellantis NV) $ETH $XRP $AV.L (Aviva) $VIG (Vanguard Dividend Appreciation ETF) $HDV (iShares Core High Dividend ETF)
