Make sure you have already added money to your eToro account. To do this click the icon that looks like 3 horizontal lines (top left). Towards the bottom there is a blue button 'Deposit Funds'.
๐น๏ธ๐๐ค ๐๐๐ ๐๐ช๐ฃ๐๐จ ๐ฉ๐ค ๐ ๐พ๐ค๐ฅ๐ฎ ๐ค๐ ๐ ๐๐ค๐ฅ๐ช๐ก๐๐ง ๐๐ฃ๐ซ๐๐จ๐ฉ๐ค๐ง:
1. Click on your Portfolio icon (bottom centre on your phone app).
2. Click on my name or picture (Stewart Fitzell).
3. Click on the three dots beside the risk score number - a menu will open. Alternatively click on the green icon bottom right that says 'Invest More'.
4. Click 'Invest More'.
5. Enter the amount you wish to add.
6. Click 'Deposit Now'.

I plan to add some funds / cash to my portfolio on 1 September. This builds on a very successful year so far, where this portfolio has significantly outperformed the market, growing 23.7% versus 9.9% for the market (S&P 500).
๐๐๐ฎ?
I believe in gradually increasing the size of my investment portfolio and to take advantage of fluctuations in the markets.
Holding some liquidity (cash & US Treasury Bills) helps me to be agile, buying assets at a discount on some red (negative) days.
You should receive a notification when I add the cash. It will suggest an amount to match what I added. You can add this amount, or more or less.

You can add whenever works best for you, however on the same day or within a couple of days is ideal.
