Small-Cap Tech: The Next Leg of the Rally? Dear investors: Markets are trading close to all-time highs, largely supported by optimism surrounding a potential ceasefire and a general risk-on sentiment. Oil continues to hold around the 100 usd range, in line with expectations, suggesting that underlying geopolitical tensions are still being priced only partially into energy markets. At the same time, we have seen strong momentum across semiconductor and tech-related names such as Intel, AMD, Micron, MRAM, and SanDisk over the past year, some of them with an incredible revalorization. This move reflects both structural demand (AI, data infrastructure, memory cycles) and renewed investor appetite for growth. Looking ahead, I see a potential rotation of capital into smaller-cap technology companies that are closely linked to these ecosystems. Historically, once large-cap leaders re-rate, capital tends to flow downstream into less-followed names with higher beta and asymmetric upside. In the short term, this dynamic could drive significant appreciation in under-the-radar opportunities such as $QUIK (Quicklogic Corp) $ATOM.US (Atomera Incorporated) $WOLF (Wolfspeed Inc) $IONQ (IONQ Inc) and $QUBT (Quantum Computing Inc) where positioning and sentiment remain relatively light. That said, I remain cautious on the broader market. In my view, current valuations do not fully reflect geopolitical risks, particularly in the Gulf region, nor the potential second-order effects on energy, inflation, and global liquidity. Markets appear somewhat complacent, and this disconnect could lead to increased volatility if conditions deteriorate. From a strategy perspective, I continue to prioritize disciplined capital allocation. Regardless of short-term market fluctuations, I will keep deploying capital on a consistent monthly basis, focusing on long-term compounding while remaining selective in positioning.
