Investor sentiment improved as strong corporate earnings continued to support the market, while optimism also increased following comments from President Trump suggesting that negotiations with Iran are moving in a positive direction. Although geopolitical risks remain, hopes for a diplomatic solution helped ease some of the uncertainty that had weighed on markets in recent weeks. The U.S. economy also continued to show resilience. However, inflation data released this week came in slightly above expectations, reinforcing the view that the Federal Reserve is likely to remain cautious regarding future interest rate decisions. While the market reacted positively overall, investors will continue to closely monitor upcoming economic data and any further developments on both monetary policy and geopolitics. Despite the strong recovery, I believe it's important to remain patient and disciplined. Markets can move quickly in either direction, and maintaining a long-term perspective continues to be, in my opinion, the best approach. I'm pleased with how our portfolio performed during this week's rebound and will continue focusing on long-term opportunities rather than short-term market noise.
