📢 I’ve made a few portfolio adjustments to strengthen safety and maintain balance in a market that, frankly, feels far too hot right now. → I’ve reduced the position in PDD by 1.5% after a strong rally and with the Chinese sector showing renewed volatility. I prefer to take some profit and leave room in case a correction comes. → I’ve also trimmed FSLR by 1%. It’s up more than +70% in six months and is now at a major resistance area. It’s an excellent company, but cyclical and highly volatile. At this point, I’d rather adjust exposure before the market does. → Lastly, I’ve completely closed the position in CVS after it comfortably exceeded my target price. 💰 With these moves, the portfolio now holds roughly 4% in cash and 21% in bonds, ready to rotate if opportunities arise. In total, that gives me around 25% of the portfolio as manoeuvring room, allowing me to act calmly and flexibly if market sentiment shifts. As of today, I believe we’re very well positioned: defensive, liquid, and with enough margin to take advantage of pullbacks when they come. I already have several companies on the radar, but I’m in no rush to act. The market is in a strange phase: every correction is “corrected” with some textbook positive headline, and every rally rests more on narratives than on data. Even Tesla is no exception: it’s missed EPS expectations in 8 of the last 9 quarters… yet the market keeps rewarding the story, not the results. My impression is clear: there’s too much complacency. Between the end of this year and early next, I think we could see a sharp correction, mainly due to the overvaluation in the AI sector. And we’ll be ready for it. We did it back in April with the entry into Google (closed with a +60% gain) and we’ll do it again when new opportunities appear.
