Dear copiers / followers 📈 The week is starting of good, after a bad start of the month. 🥾 The next steps of fine-tuning my portfolio. 🫸 I sold: $DVN (Devon Energy Corp) , Yield has gone down below 5 %. Ex-date was last Friday, so we still are receiving the dividends. And sold with a small profit 22 ct a share, pay-date June 28th. 👌 With the money i bought extra: 🔸 $RC (Ready Capital Corporation) they just declared dividends on friday. Ex-date 28 June, pay-date 31 July. Yield 16 %, 30 ct a share. I bought a bigger part. 🔸 $REFI (Chicago Atlantic Real Estate Finance Inc) they also declared dividends. Sold 2 small parts and opened a bigger one. Ex-date 28 June, pay-date 15 July. Yield 11.9 %, 47 ct a share. 🔸 $BXMT (Blackstone Mortgage Trust Inc) , a added a little Ex-date 28 June, pay-date 15 July.
