May Update
My portfolio gained +1.4% in May, while global markets showed strong resilience. The S&P 500 surged ~4.8% to near 7,580, fueled by exceptional earnings and massive AI infrastructure spending. The Nasdaq rode the same tech-driven wave as upward earnings revisions kept buyers aggressive.
US CPI hit 3.8% in April, driven by energy prices and supply disruptions. The Fed held rates at 3.50%–3.75%.
European equities (STOXX 600) rallied to two-month highs, with the DAX and Euro Stoxx 50 capturing strong inflows.
