𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐄𝐚𝐬𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐂𝐀𝐍𝐍𝐎𝐓 𝐁𝐞 𝐏𝐫𝐢𝐜𝐞𝐝 𝐈𝐧 Something I often read in the comments of my posts is « well interest rate cuts are priced in » or « monetary easing is already priced in ». Sure, markets are forward looking and price in many things (next year’s deregulations and lower taxes, inflation, Trump’s mood swings…). But monetary easing means increased liquidity that ACTUALLY has to go somewhere. You can price in anything with today’s liquidity. But you can’t price in future, newly created liquidity with today’s liquidity. That’s why I keep saying I am bullish because of monetary stimulus. That will bring fresh billions into the market and trigger rallies.
